The bedrooms, designed as serene retreats, each have a balcony or patio with ocean views. One of the bedrooms has a crib in addition to a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a large island with bar seating. There is also a whole house water filtration system.

On the property, there is a small house where Javi lives, and there are three very loving and friendly dogs who take care of the property.
