Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tobyhanna

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

This is probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s in the Pocono mountains! Dawn is an excellent host and is very communicative! Check in was a breeze, the house was cozy and the views from the deck was just stunning! We loved our stay here and hope to come back again!

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Such a perfect getaway spot. The house was super clean and felt like home. We took advantage of the fire pit and the grill, the hot tub was a great addition! Definitely will be coming back!

This was a great house with plenty of room for our family consisting of 3 generations - my wife and I, our 3 married adult children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The little ones enjoyed the children's playroom while others enjoyed playing pool and ping pong downstairs. We could all sit together for our meals. The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough space to park our 5 cars. The neighborhood was very nice. We would stay here again.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The house is very clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and pleasant.

We loved our stay at Valerie’s place for 5 adults and 2 kiddos. Check in and check out were seamless and she is very responsive to any questions. The house is just as pictured with lots of things to do (pool table, board games, puzzles, multiple decks, outdoor games, fire pit, etc). The 4 bedrooms were all pretty comfy. Two rooms don’t have AC, but there are fans to help cool it down-I do anticipate it’s probably very hot in the peak summer months. Everything was very clean and organized. There were a couple kitchen chairs that were pretty wobbly and may be in need of an upgrade soon. We opted to pay for the passes to the country club for the extra amenities. Kids under 6 were free. 125$ got 6 wristbands which gave you access to all the amenities at pocono farms country club. The pool was great for the kids and we took advantage of the beach area. Unfortunately, there were a couple things closed while we were there. Overall it was an excellent stay and would recommend!

The Airbnb was beautiful and spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures. The giant walk-in shower and the hot-tub setup on the deck were definitely the favorites for my party that stayed there. We also really enjoyed the fact that we had a nice view of the lake right from the house. The house was spotless when we arrived and the beds were also very comfortable, which are very important to me. Overall my group really enjoyed this Airbnb and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting as well!

Nice residential location, easy drive to many places. Very comfortable beds, and charming hosts. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The place was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, just like the photos showed. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Cynthia's place was exactly as depicted. Proactive communication. Great parking. Well lit outside. Very clean, organized, with many personal amenities, etc.... Only an overnight for us, however, definitely a peaceful and well cared for place to book for several nights. The personal touches show the appreciation Cynthia has for her guests. Serenity, a word that comes to mind. However, surrounded by tons of Pocono activities. Will definitely book again when in the area. George

The rental felt right at home. It was roomy, the back patio area was spacious and peaceful. She communicated well with me and my overall experience was great. I'd definitely rent from her again, easily 5 stars!

Wonderful stay. Perfect location near everything in Stroudsburg, but surprisingly quiet and private. Some minor issues (steep staircase with narrow landing; overly sensitive smoke detector; bathroom door handle was janky) but definitely nothing worth losing a star over. Host was incredibly friendly, professional and responsive. Kitchen is beautiful with excellent amenities. Cute, comfortable living room and bedroom. Note: The beds are extremely soft. They were very comfortable for me, but might not be for someone that needs a firmer mattress.

Loved the place! Just like the pictures. Super responsive host. Even shoveled the deck and stairs for us after a snow storm. Definitely recommend staying here!

We had another Airbnb booked and the place was a disaster. I found Heather and Isabella's condo online and reached out to them, hoping they could accommodate a last minute one night stay. Heather was tremendous! She confirmed, al.ost immediately, that they could. We had multiple texts as she helped me get it set up and get us into the condo. Once there, the place was perfect for our overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and the grill was a great plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Had a fantastic time with my boyfriend at Elwira's place! We had to cut our trip short but the time we did spend there was awesome. Elwira was very friendly and it was the perfect location, close to all our favorite spots.

Great family ski weekend! Views are amazing with close location to 2 ski areas. Very clean and cosy with everything you need a comfortable stay. Jonathan was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a Pocono ski get away.

We had a pleasant stay at Paul's Airbnb. My wife and I stayed here on a work trip. It had all the amenities to be a home away from home.

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! The view of the lake, mountain, and pool from the balcony was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and even better. We rented a boat and went fishing on the lake which was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and all the activities at the Boulder Lake Club. Megan and Duane are amazing hosts. Great communication from the time of booking until checkout. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks Megan and Duane for an amazing stay!!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

Amy has an amazing property. Everything was beautiful, we had plenty of linens. We had a grill night and she had plenty of utensils (cutting board, knives, etc.) so we didn’t have to worry about buying those things, friendly community, steps away from the pool and the lake, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you Amy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience. Overall we had a lovely stay. Beautiful lakeside views. The home was cozy and clean. A few things- the kitchen did not have basic cooking ingredients, such as cooking oil and pepper. We also only had 2 rolls of toilet paper provided and ran out before the end of our stay. We did not realize from the listing that the lake access would be an extra charge. We assumed staying at the house we would be able to enjoy the lake without an extra fee. It was clear that the kayak/ sport rentals would be an extra charge, but the beach access did not seem to be explicitly stated. Maybe that was our misreading, but just a heads up for anyone else… In addition, the door code provided did not work upon arrival. We had to call and send a picture of our ID in order to get a different code to enter the property.
