Valasay Crofthouse

The croft house with its semi-detached self-catering accommodation was built in 1998 on a family croft that is set in one of the most beautiful areas of Lewis. The self-catering facilities sleep 4 and include a double and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully-fitted kitchen/ dining area with electric cooker and dishwasher and a large and very comfortable lounge with open fire. There is a separate driveway for parking to the side of the property and just beyond the gate is the Valasay Bridge.

Otter Bothy is a small, self contained cabin right on the banks of West Loch Roag, in the village of Carishader, perfectly situated for wildlife, fishing, walking, cycling, surfing and kayaking. Otter Bothy is situated beside Otter Bunkhouse, but offers private accommodation in a small but very cosy cabin, with spectacular views across West Loch Roag. At only a few metres from the shoreline, there aren't many places as close to the water as this! The minimum stay is 2 nights. No dogs.

Bayview Croft House was built in the 1930s and has remained in the same family ever since. It is a traditional two bedroomed detached holiday cottage with the world famous Callanish stones right on its doorstep. If you are an outdoor enthusiast there are many local beaches and areas of outstanding natural beauty all within easy reach. As well as good opportunities for fresh and salt water fishing within walking distance. Sorry we do not take pets.

Tigh na Beart is a cosy all year round retreat

Lovely new modern cottage in rural crofting community west coast of the Isle of Lewis, Scotland, UK. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The gaelic language is spoken in the village. There is a Harris Tweed mill in the village. There are lots of lovely sandy beaches near the cottage, one within a 10 to 15 minute walk depending on your ability. Other lovely beaches within a short driving distance from cottage.
