So grateful for Lorenzo’s hospitality. His place was clean, well kept and he was very responsive. He was also able to suggest a wonderful restaurant that we were able to visit. Our stay was all around wonderful. We look forward to visiting again. If you are reading this review to decide whether or not you should book look no further. This is your place.

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

A acomodação foi perfeita, exatamenre como as fotos. Está localizada em um bairro simples e tranquilo. Os anfitriões foram sempre compreensíveis e solícitos. A casa é perfeita para passar ótimos dias de férias.

I went with my family, including my 1yrs old grandson, who really enjoy to walk around the house. Comfortable house, easy access to main street to drive around. A/C on whole house. Kitchen with all necessary. Bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser, and towels. Extra beach towel, cooler, and other stuffs, in case you want to go to the beach. Michelle was always available to respond asap. Even when we were in PR during a national blackout, the house was prepared with solar panel to provide power, at least to turn on the fans. Good enough to be comfortable during the night. Second night after the blackout, Michelle was immediately available to reset the power box and reestablish the power for the whole house, after blackout was over. Great experience at all.

Thank you for being very attentive to your guest! Our hot water did not work when we first arrived and she immediately fixed the issue. The area is a bit noisy at night time heads up. Traffic can also be a little harsh but that’s all over the island. Definitely would go back and stay again!

We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean the apartment was. It was also incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after our daily activities. The full kitchen was a lifesaver, equipped with all the essentials we could ask for. The host deserves special recognition for being so helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Our granddaughter especially loved spending time in the beautiful pool. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and give this accommodation a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Mi esposo y yo pasamos unos días muy agradables en el el apartamento de Cecile, todo es tal cual se describe en su anuncio, el lugar está muy bien decorado y todo estaba limpio y organizado, el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. El lugar es tranquilo y seguro, Cecile se aseguro de enviarnos antes de llegar toda la información necesaria y exacta para nuestra estadía, nos encanto este lugar y sin duda recomiendo el apartamento de Cecile a otros viajeros, se sentirán como en casa. Fue una experiencia muy agradable y estuve super feliz de haber conocido Puerto Rico esperamos volveríamos pronto y sin duda elegiría de nuevo este lugar.

This place was perfect. it was a valentine weekend getaway. the place was clean smelled clean linen clean. located in a great area. I walked to Walmart and there were a lot of restaurants & movie theater located near by. it was a quite neighborhood and I enjoyed not being with a lot of tourists. I would stay here again.

The apartment was super clean and just as pictured. Evelyn made it herself readily accessible which put me at ease. Whenever I come back to Puerto Rico, I hope it’s available!

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Also, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

Staying at Margarita's Oceanfront Paradise at Kikita's Beach was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, local tips, and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The property itself is stunning — perfectly named, as it's quite literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with ocean views was a highlight of each day. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, blending beachy charm with comfort and modern touches. Margarita went above and beyond as a host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and full of recommendations that made our stay even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!!!
