Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Toa Baja

Was like home away from home, very clean and nicely decorated. There were really nice beach chairs there and a beach umbrella.The beach there was very nice and clean and easy to get to. Felt very safe. Great place to stay for the price!

The unit is in a fantastic neighborhood, a block from the beach and near many stores. Check-in with the security guard was easy, though we had brief trouble with the lock. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with essentials like soaps, extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It has two A/C units, a fan/air purifier, a comfy bed and couch, great natural light, blackout curtains, and a balcony with an amazing view. The toilet handle is delicate but works fine. We saw one small roach behind the kitchen faucet toward the end of our stay, which Xavier acknowledged—routine maintenance is in place. Parking, pool access, and trash disposal were convenient. Overall, a great stay!

Great host! Amazing stay!!

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fernando made sure everything was well maintained. The moment we walked in, the space smelled amazing and was spotless. The blankets and towels were fresh and clean, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Fernando was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in while visiting Condado—and I come every year to visit family. I would absolutely book again. The building also has a good-sized pool, which was a great bonus. The apartment felt like home and had all the essentials. I was even able to pick up some groceries and make breakfast thanks to the well-stocked kitchen with pans and utensils. Gracias, Fernando, por todo. Espero regresar pronto. ¡Bendiciones! 🙏🏼

The location of the place is spectacular! It was close to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The pool was huge and never crowded. The place had access to the beach. Our host provided us with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler which I thought was extremely thoughtful! Overall the place was nice and clean, a little small, but very cozy. The outside looks a little run down but, they are doing renovations. Overall, will recommend due to its location, access to a quiet pool and beach, and our host's communication style!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

Leesandra’s place was accurately depicted, clean, and in a walkable area. The building was on the older side. It had active renovations during the time of our stay, but we had full access to all the building’s amenities. The pool was great and we always had a spot on the lounge chairs. The host was friendly and thoughtful.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

We had such a wonderful time at J B’s place! The location was fantastic - a block from the beach and on the street itself there were so many great restaurants and spots to check out (including a grocery store across the street!) while still feeling quiet and private. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen, dining table and washer dryer were all great for making ourselves feel right at home. The host was so proactive and responsive, providing quick and helpful responses and suggestions (and even did a toilet paper delivery!) Also gracious in giving us some extra time for checkout to enjoy a bit more before we had to head home which was very kind. Would definitely go back!

Jennifer is an amazing host. She was so attentive of our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. We were there during a major power outage and she immediately reached out, kept us updated, brought over ice and coolers for us and even allowed us to use her generator to keep some appliances and standing fans, running. As soon as I made her aware that one of the ceiling fans wasn’t working, she brought over a new standing fan immediately. And when we realized the garbage disposal wasn’t working, she sent someone over to fix it that same day. While the place is an amazing property, the surfaces and furniture were dusty and the rooms smelled humid/damp. I know that it being on a tropical island is expected so it needed to be aired out. Nonetheless, the smell was gone in less than a day and didn’t detract from our stay. She had great recommendations for dining and entertainment. I can’t express enough how great of a host she is. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stay!

This house was very nice and private, everything worked well, we didn’t have to wipe things down when we got there, hosts are super nice and very helpful. Overall had a beautiful experience, will definitely book again!!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

Brett’s home was everything we could have asked for ! Super clean, safe, wonderful community with lots of activities. Beautiful beach with private access. Lighted tennis courts, large swimming pool and clubhouse. Beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets, golf clubs , snorkeling gear….everything was there. Brett is super responsive and really went out of his way to be sure we had a nice vacation. He even had food stocked for us upon arrival !! It’s a perfect place for a fun family vacation . Thank you Brett!!!

We had an amazing weekend in old San Juan. This house has an amazing location! Everything was easy to get to. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed!

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!
