The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. A mini house in the garden next to the owners' family house in the wider center of Banská Bystrica, 1 km to the center. House area 32 m2 !!! + terrace surrounded by greenery and views of the Banská Bystrica Urpín hill. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette with living area, with the possibility of unfolding the sofa as an extra bed - for 2 people. Outdoor terrace with seating. Pets allowed by agreement :-) Suitable for babies, baby cot available.

Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills of Štiavnica, the stone sea, romantic moments on the terrace for two, or relax in our bathtub. In summer, you can walk along forest paths, breathe fresh air and feel the smell of nature. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie on Netflix.

Cozy house in seclusion under the forest

The house is located on site at a distance from the domestic, with its own driveway and parking area. We are happy to welcome guests with us for a maximum of 8, of which we think of 6 adults and two children ages 2-12 if interested. Guests can also use the social space in the sennik, where there is table football, hay hopping and archery. There is also a sauna and an oldschool gym with a box bag for a fee.

This old farmhouse is transformed in a lovely cottage for 2 or a family with one or two children. Situated in the middle of nature, overlooking our valley with the meadows where our animals graze.
