The location is phenomenal, it feels a lot of privacy, in a suburb that feels a lot of tranquility. They can't wait for the interior to be nicer because it would be what follows perfect. The attention and freedom to come and go is wonderful. Overall good for the price.

The apartment is small. It was clean. It was a clean area from which you can move to any "EYE" area. IT IS not CENTRAL, BUT THERE ARE LINES OF MEXICABLE TWO BLOCKS AWAY with which it is easy to get around. We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Erika was clear with the instructions, she was aware of any situation, and the apartment has the utensils and appliances. You don't hear noises from other neighbors, you can sleep peacefully and you have the shopping plaza and more shops to shop.

Rodrigo was a great host! Communicative before checking in and during my stay. The price is fair and not to mention that the metro station was just 5 mins away walking distance so it was very convenient for me and my family to travel from one place to another.

Great location at the hearth of Mexico City. The apartment is in very good condition. The hosts are super responsive to any of my questions and requests. During my stay, the only issue was that the building's elevator was not working. Hope this gets fix soon.

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

The place is as shown in the photos, it is in a safe and very accessible area. Columba is a super host, always attentive and making sure everything was fine. The building's security staff also provided excellent service.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !
