A very nice place, clean and ideal for families and going as a couple, the food is delicious, the pool is very spacious and pleasant, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again

The accommodation is very well located, a few steps from restaurants, shops and the pier, has a private exit to the beach and has an outdoor shower to rinse when you return from the beach. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, has a spacious bathroom, comfortable litters and a shared terrace with an amazing view. I would certainly stay there again again

Ivan and Elena's place is a slice of paradise in paradise!!! The level of cleanliness is outstanding. All the amenities in the kitchen are fairly new and work perfectly. We cooked most of our stay and the kitchen is equipped with everything once could need. The outdoor pool is the perfect size for a couple or a couple with a young child. Their place is a 3-minute walk to the beach! The palm trees that overlook the property give you the most relaxed vibe ever! It is perfect! The pool area and the deck has tables, chairs and hammocks, amazing for a lazy afternoon sipping on cocktails or cold Mexican beers! If you are thinking about booking Ivan and Elena's place, stop thinking and go on to book, as you will not regret it! The hosts are extremely pleasant and communicative. They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants in the town. Starlink Wi-Fi works perfectly. I would only recommend them to install an AC unit in the main living room as there is only one in the bedroom. Loved it!!

It's a pretty comfortable place, with everything you need to sleep and some others that make you feel like you didn't totally leave the house. Everything is very clean and suitable and the owners are very friendly and answer any questions. I would definitely stay with them again on future trips. I highly recommend them!!

Nice apartment and well located. The garden is very nice and relaxing. The host was responsive.

Everything superb. Karla is very helpful and always aware of you. We arrived very easily, and the place smelled clean. It's in a quiet area and you walk everywhere because it's a safe small town no matter the time. Definitely recommend it.

whenever we come to tizimin, we stayed here is a place first than nothing very clean, very nice , and very comfortable the attention of rich is phenomenal I highly recommend it,book if you can in advance because sometimes they are not available

My stay was for a day, and it all matched the description of the place. I felt at home, I went with my husband and my baby and it served a lot that I have a stove, precisely to make her her paphes and boil her bottles and refrigerator to prepare our food. The beds were very comfortable, in general it was very good.

Nice new apartment in El Cuyo, it’s a tiny town so walking distance to everything, lots of attantion to details and while there were some faults (towel hanger, missing lights, not enough towels) it’s also pretty obvious it’s a new apartment and they’ll get it right in time

Yenni responds very quickly to your requests and Sergio is always ready to do you a service close to the beach and close to the city center and restaurants

It was a great weekend!! Really unforgettable!! The location of the house is perfect, the sea as a patio and a few blocks from downtown. The place was clean and tidy, the photos describe the space very well. Communication with Yara and Matthias has been impeccable and they have always responded quickly. Magaly welcomed us very attentively and with a very nice predisposition. I'm happy with the experience, everything was perfect! Thank you!!!

This very incredible house, perfect for a long stay, the kitchen is complete, we really had a very pleasant stay, there is no super large, we did super before going, consider the same that there are not many restaurants and what there are closes at 6 pm, we found a taqueria in the center that only works at night, there we ended up having dinner, but better to make provision for cases like this, it is a very small town really, to escape from everyone and be relaxed.

We loved our stay at Hacienda Antigua and El Cuyo. Overall a really lovely, comfortable space! We appreciated the location, the screened porch, and the stocked kitchen. Matthias was helpful and responsive and the caretaker, Magaly, was very attentive. The only unfortunate thing was some confusion around the shared garden space which was not presented to us until halfway through our stay. The confusion seemed to have extended to another group as well because they were angry and abrasive towards us for existing. All that said, we’d definitely recommend this beautiful place.
