This was a great last minute rental. Maria was a great host and helpful with everything. I would rent from this group again and even consider buying a place for them to manage. I hope to visit again soon.

Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

Comfortable place for a couple, living room, kitchen, full bathroom and room, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, the place is nice and quiet, cross the street and you get to the beach. They were very friendly and everything was very good.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in April, this was her first visit to Jaco. We arrived a little later than expected, and security was very helpful getting me what I needed and pointed in right direction. Place was very welcoming and beautiful. We both loved the space, property, view and the curtains(which move by remote control). If we return to Jaco, and we probably will, I would not hesitate to book Jeans place again. This Airbnb is the perfect place if you want to stay by the beach, it’s literally just steps away. Check in and out was very easy and the room was very clean. However, there is a bar that plays loud music attached to the Airbnb. Personally, it didn't bother me whatsoever, and I even enjoyed being able to step out and get a drink, nevertheless, for those looking to go to bed early, it could be annoying (however, there are earplugs in the room just in case).

We had a great time! The apartment is very comfortable and has a beautiful view It is close to attractions.

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

Great location, the beach is at front and with great access walking. The pool has a good size and the house is very well equipped.

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Our family really enjoyed our relaxing stay here. The views, the pool, and the patio were all perfect places to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped. The 3 bedrooms all had their own nice en suite bathrooms which was great! I'd highly recommend this for a relaxing stay in an off the beaten path oceanfront spot! As other I read in other reviews, the beach did have lots of driftwood and some trash that had washed up. This didn't detract from our stay at all, but worth noting if that would bother you. Jorge was great with communication before and during our trip. The restaurant he recommended right outside the gated community was a great meal and the family running the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating.

Great place with an amazing pool, beach and ocean view

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Excellent accommodation, very well equipped. Comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness. We had a wonderful stay at Guillermo's place with whom the communication was very nice. We will be back!

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

We had such an amazing time here the private rooftop patio was so beautiful we drank our coffee up there every morning. The security was so friendly, we felt very safe. Everything was in walking distance… restaurants and grocery stores. Overall amazing would visit again.

We were very happy staying at the condo. Amazing balcony with the most gorgeous view of the Playa Blanca beach. The condo was filled with most everything you would need. Lots of nice beach blankets, full kitchen and the surprise was having house cleaners weekly. The host responded very quick was very nice. A little far from the main road but a beautiful beach and lovely condo! Also Macaws and monkeys every day!!!
