This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Your vacation escape is a 10 minute walk from the center of Tivat, but our unique location above the town offers much more privacy than you would expect. The apartment is off of the street and next to a green belt so bird song not traffic noise will greet you in the morning. The apartment was built and newly furnished in 2024 with air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
