Amazing villa. Close to downtown. Many things to do in the area walking distance. Host is amazing and the place is beautiful.

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The place was very nice, with great garden and scenery, the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and help with any request/issues, location was great away from the crowds and noises of the city yet in close proximity to city

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

Gorgeous apartment right at the bazaar. Entrance is at the backside of the building, but check in video host sent was super helpful in locating the entrance. Apartment is at the 2nd floor and no elevator, but if mobility is not an issue, its a superb choice for future guests. Apt itself is brand new. Bedsheets, pillows, blanket, and towels were super good smelling - they know how wash/clean things well. Communicating with the host was super easy - anything needed they addressed quickly. There was a welcome wine bottle in the fridge that I thought was a nice touch. I visited during summer and Tirana could get very hot, but there were 2 ACs - 1 in the living room, and 1 in the bedroom. I didn't even have to use the one in the bedroom most of the time, I just leave the bedroom door open. Overall, great experience. Hoping to return in October and staying at the property again. Wow what can I say, this is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. The whole apartment was beautiful & spotless! I’ve never stayed anywhere so clean. Jurgen was very fast to respond to any questions I had. I asked what activities I could do around the area and he gave me a call and listed many things which I believe he went above and beyond to satisfy me and my partner. I will be definitely staying here again. 11/10 for service and 11/10 for accommodation 👏

Surrounded by nature and embraced by stillness, the place has a kind of quiet magic that’s hard to describe. It invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. What made this stay truly special was the warmth and light of Daniela, one of the hosts. She welcomed us with such genuine kindness and positive energy that we instantly felt at home. Her presence added something truly unique to the experience – like meeting someone you were meant to cross paths with. The cabin itself is simple, but that’s exactly what makes it perfect. It has everything you need to feel grounded and peaceful. The view, the silence, the breeze through the trees – it all felt healing.

This place exceeded my expectations. It’s a short drive from Tirana to get away and escape the city. The surrounding mountains provide good views and the sounds of the river along the property offer a peaceful atmosphere. Altin and his family take care of you and treat you like family. The food is outstanding. I would highly recommend visiting.

The owner and his team are very accommodating. The place far exceeded my expectations, and the food was Incredible. Stay here for some peace and gorgeous views.
