Waterfront holiday rentals in Tirana County

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Alma's apartment for two months and found it ideal for a long-term stay. The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, AC, and a well-equipped kitchen. Bed was new and comfortable. Plenty of storage space in modern furniture. Fresh sheets and towels were provided weekly, which we appreciated as it's rare in long-term Airbnb rentals. Very fast (300 Mbit/s download) fiber internet with minimal issues. Communication with Alma was very good (Spanish and English); she promptly resolved any issues, and her lovely mother sometimes helped with linens. During some days some noise from nearby renovations (seemed almost finished), nights were quiet for good sleep. The location is perfect: a quiet neighborhood just a minute from the main street and a five-minute walk to the beach. Excellent restaurants and shops are nearby, with high-quality, affordable food, including pizza, pasta, seafood, and Balkan barbecue. Recommend: "Qebaptore Peja te fisi", "Hysi", "Zanzi" Thank you!

Apartment is located in second line from the coast, just between the sandy beach and main promenade. Surrounded with restaurants and supermarkets. You can leave the car on the street for free. Apartment is on 3rd floor (access by few steps and then small 3-person/250kg elevator, not recommended for wheelchair). Looks exactly as on photos. All furniture is new, everything is clean. Great value for the price :) Self check in without any problems. We got very detail photo instruction how to find the apartment and where to find keys. The host was responding very fast. Thanks a lot for the stay :)

Everything was great. Alex was always helpful. I arranged a transfer from the airport. To the sea on foot about 3 minutes. A shop nearby and several supermarkets within 3-4 minutes' walk. Recommended.

wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. der Bett ist sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. es haben ein paar kleine Details gefehlt wie zB Spülmaschinen Tabs oder Sachen für den Kamin und der Netflix Account hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Dafür ist die Küche gut ausgestattet und Blitz sauber. die Dachterrasse ist auch super zum Kaffetrinken (man muss aber beachten, dass es keine "richtige" Kaffemaschine gibt sondern ein Mokkakänchen)

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione: è pulita, confortevole e provvista di tutto il necessario. È in un eccellente posizione a due passi dal mare, ristoranti e supermercati. Gli host sono gentilissimi, disponibili per tutto e puntuali, ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Anche il servizio navetta che offrono per l'aereoporto è ben organizzato e vantaggioso.

Had one tiny thing when we arrived key was not in the key box but was sorted out very quickly when contacted. Beautiful place. In the centre of Tirana so can walk to lots of beautiful places. Would defo stay again

Shkenca is a great host and very responsive host. She took care of any issues as soon as they arose. The apartment is specious, warm and has a private balcony with a yard.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in grundsätzlich gepflegter Anlage. Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, so dass es sehr wenig andere Gäste in dem Valamar-Komplex gab und der Strand abschnittsweise verwahrlost wirkte (Müllproblem). Es waren immerhin noch zwei Restaurants geöffnet, so dass wir auch abends versorgt waren, wenngleich die Küche im Apartment auch alle Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung bietet. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Amazing place, seconds from the beach (and a bar that does very good cocktails). Excellent in all areas, in an excellent area. Host is very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Thanks again and can’t wait to come back!

Wij hebben met 6 man een geweldige tijd gehad, Een lekker diep zwembad en mooie locatie dicht bij het strand. De villa zelf is mooi en ruim en zeer geschikt om met 5 stelletjes te verblijven. De foto’s van de villa spreken voor zich. Erg tevreden en komen graag een keer terug! ~ Rick veenstra

V tomto ubytování jsme strávili krásné 3 týdny. Budova vypadala dost příšerně, ale byt, a to je důležité, je opravdu krásný a vyjímečně prostorný. Kuchyně je velmi dobře vybavená. Dokonce tam byla mikrovlná trouba, kterou jsme nikde jinde na Balkáně nepotkali. Požádali jsme hostitele o hrnec navíc a za pár dní už jsme měli vše, co k vaření potřebujeme. Uspořádání bytu je logické, veliká centrální místnost a 3 ložnice se 2 koupelnami. S malým dítětem nám vyhovovalo, že hlavní ložnice je za 2 dveřmi od centrální místnosti. Po čase jsme rozchodili i televizi a Netflix. Dům je umístěn přímo v centru, hned proti domu je supermarket a spousta dalších obchodů a restaurací v těsné blízkosti. Brali jsme to jako výhodu, ale někdo toužící po klidu by mohl říct, že je okolí rušné. Na pláž je třeba jít asi 10 minut. V tomto zimním počasí nebyla moc upravená a další vzdálenější pláž na jihu byla plná bagrů. V sezóně to ale bude určitě jinak.

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, Balkon mit Meerblick. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Saimen ist ein top Gastgeber. Er hat und bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort geholfen. Keine Minute mussten wir auf eine Antwort warten. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles!

Sauber und zentral. Das Haus ist gut renoviert, direkt am Strand! Der Gastgeber reagierte auf alle Fragen und war sehr freundlich. Ausführliche und leicht verständliche Erklärung, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Die Wohnung sieht persönlich viel besser aus als auf den Fotos. Sie ist sehr vertraut und komfortabel. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, ich habe das Rauschen des Meeres am Morgen genossen. Parkplätze stehen im Gebäude zur Verfügung!
