Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tirana County

Wonderful little townhouse in the middle of Tirana. Easy to store our bicycles in the front “yard” for safe storage. Spacious house with two rooms and two beds in each. Eldri is extremely responsive and comes immediately if you need hands on assistance or answers quick through WA or Airbnb app. The yard could have mosquitoes so be prepared. There is bug repellent available in the house and the windows are covered with bug netting so as long as you keep the door closed they won’t come inside. There’s a machine in the yard making quite a bit of noise when using water. This is because water is filtered or treated. Luckily you can turn this off at night so it won’t wake up everybody when you flush the toilet. Centrally located to all you might ever need but at the same time peaceful and quiet at night. We liked staying there a lot!

Ambienti ishte i pastër, i rregulluar me shumë kujdes dhe i pajisur me gjithçka që kishim nevojë për të kaluar disa ditë të qeta dhe komode. Ajo që e bëri edhe më të veçantë këtë qëndrim ishte mikpritja e jashtëzakonshme e Teas dhe shokut te saj. Ata na pritën me shumë ngrohtësi dhe na dhanë rekomandime të vlefshme për vendet që mund të vizitonim, restorante të mira, si dhe udhëzime praktike që na ndihmuan të lundronim më lehtë në zonë. E vlerësojmë shumë kujdesin dhe përkushtimin e tyre– e bënë qëndrimin tonë edhe më të këndshëm. E rekomandojmë me shumë kënaqësi këtë apartament dhe do të ktheheshim pa hezitim!

المكان جميل و نظيف و حفيظه انسانه رائعه جداً و لطيفة و خدومه جداً ولكن ينقصه المكيفات فقط اما غير ذلك فهو رائع جداً

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Pobyt bardzo udany, świetna villa I jeszcze lepszy gospodarz. Dawno nie trafiliśmy na kogoś tak kompetentnego, komunikatywnego i pomocnego. Polecam wszystkim

Jättefint boende, hotellkänsla och väldigt fräscht. Poolen var toppen och var trevligt att det fanns en utehögtalare som man kunde koppla till Bluetooth. Området i sig var väldigt privat vilket uppskattades, endast vi i hela byggnaden. Angela var snabb och trevlig när vi hade kontakt, gav rekommendationer och var tillmötesgående med en senare utcheckning, vilket uppskattades mycket. Huset är lite ifrån närmsta kuststad men endast 10 min ifrån med taxi. Man fick bara ha lite planering när man skulle handla. Var supertrevligt att det fanns en vedgrill, den nyttjade vi flera dagar och grillade både till lunch och middag. Rekommenderar detta boende starkt!

Joni’s place was perfect for the two of us on our stay in Tirana. It was in a location close to restaurants and nightlife. It was also close enough to walk to many historical sites. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Joni’s place.

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Aida is echt een topper! Reageert snel en geeft duidelijke instructies. De woning die ik heb gehuurd was voor mij een klein paradijsje in Tirana. Mooie tuin en kamer. Ik raad iedereen aan om bij Aida te huren. Ze heeft me echt overtroffen :)

The location was great, well connected with lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by. The house itself was spotless, and very comfortable. The basement parking was extremely helpful as well. Kejdi and the co-hosts were very responsive for even the smallest of queries. Overall great experience and would recommend; and return here for future Tiranë stays!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Tirana! The location is amazing—right in the heart of everything, with tons of great restaurants just downstairs and a beautiful park right across the street. The park was a big hit with our kids, especially the playground. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. The beds were super comfy, and the living area was spacious and relaxing. Even though it's on the 3rd floor, the walk up was easy and totally manageable. Highly recommend this place for families visiting Tirana!

Der Apartment von Albana ist zauberhaft, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, alles ist wunderschön modern und sauber. Albana ist eine super Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir wollten ganz viel zeit in der Wohnung verbringen weil wir uns da sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Albana hat für alles gesorgt. Wir sind uns sicher diesen Apartment nochmals zu besuchen! Die Wohnung war toll – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht hat. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Michela ist eine äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert hat und den Check-in unkompliziert gestaltet hat. Klare Empfehlung – ich komme gerne wieder!

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to have a really nice vacation. First of all it’s super quiet. Very comfortable modern clean. Location is great because it’s in the middle of everything close. To the trendy area of. Blloku close to the center. There are restaurants supermarkets pharmacies in one minute, actually the supermarket is in if you building downstairs. Amari was very accommodating. Very friendly and always available to respond everything . You can feel very secure relax. I was there for two weeks. Also, AC works perfectly and it even has an air purifying device I will be back for sure ..

Fue muy buena mi estadía y volvería sin dudarlo. El departamento, la llegada autónoma, la ubicación súper cercana al centro, etc. Todo excelente

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

Nous avons passé une superbe nuit chez Klodiana. L’appartement était impeccablement propre, décoré avec goût et conforme aux photos. L’espace était moderne et spacieux. Klodiana était un hôte attentionnée et très sympathique . Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb.

The apartment was spacious, well stocked, and in a great location. Arion was a communicative host and helped with location recommendations and questions. We’d definitely stay here if we’re in Tirana again!

Wir waren für ein Junggesellenabschied dort mit acht Personen. Alles war sauber und sehr geräumig eignet sich super für größere Gruppen und die Lage ist einer der besten in Tirana, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich würde jedem, der das Stadtleben erleben will dieses Apartment empfehlen.

I Highly recommend Ergys’s place. Location is close to center, with good breakfast places nearby and what is super important with included parking, as parking on the street might be challenging sometimes. Also host was very friendly and very helpful.
