Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tipton County

Larry was very accommodating with my 81 year old father. My father was moving from Memphis to Tipton County and had a week before his new apartment. Family didn’t have a space in our homes due to stairs, so we reserved Larry’s apartment. It was perfect. My father enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings and the ease in which he could move from room to room with his “Rollator.” If we have family or friends who come for a visit, we would definitely recommend Larry’s space. Larry and Phyllis were very kind.

The place is exactly like the pictures. The welcome bag of snacks left for us was so thoughtful!. Well Stocked with toiletries and basic need items. The area is peaceful, quaint, and lovely. Many restaurants to choose from, and alot of little shops, all within walking distance. We never moved our vehicle from arrival to departure. Very impressed with how clean the floors are in the apartment. They pass the white sock test! We were very appreciative of Dennis being flexible with our checkout needs. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I really want to keep this gem to myself but it wouldn’t be fair. This home is PERFECT! Its BEAUTIFUL! It’s SAFE! . It’s everything you want in an Airbnb. The hosts are so kind and helpful. They are a treasure just like the beautiful home they created for those in need of a safe place to stay while in the Memphis area. There are two porches to relax on. One to drink your coffee and eat breakfast while you watch the sunrise. The other to relax with a glass of tea, sitting in front of the fire pit while watching the sunset. The bed is so comfy. The shower had perfect pressure. There is a washer & dryer with all the other amenities that make life easy. The furniture was all comfy and nice. EVERYTHING was clean! The hosts were very attentive to our needs or questions yet gave us all the privacy we needed. My grand-babies played in the yard and loved the chickens and horses! This will be our safe place to stay while we travel to Memphis. My family and I LOVED this Airbnb!! Thank you!

The only thing I wish I could’ve changed is how long I stayed there.. would not have left had work not dried up… fantastic place, April was very responsive and open with everything about the house.. GREAT HOST

Why stay in Memphis, Marion or local motels when you can rent a great place like this!!! All the comforts of home, an extremely serene setting and a 10 minute drive to downtown Wilson and the Hampson Museum State Park. I’ve stayed there on three different occasions—‘nuf said!!

We had a great stay at the farmhouse over Christmas! The house was clean, comfortable, and the farmhouse decor was super cute. The cows in next door were an added bonus! My kids and I loved watching them and enjoyed the country setting on a low traffic road. The host Kevin, was very thoughtful and welcoming and we plan on staying again!

Very helpful. Always asking if I needed anything and filled every request made.

Clyde place was great, inside spacious for family gatherings and private backyard for peaceful mornings and night gatherings. Will definitely be staying again for family reunion, host was great and accommodating!
