Great spot right in the heart of Wellsboro! Comfortable and quiet, close to the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

I loved my stay and it was better than expected. The home was cozy and had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was quiet yet close enough to walk to town. I plan to come back and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicholas' place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the closeness to downtown made it easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The suave was cozy and clean. We would definitely stay with Nicholas again if traveling to Wellsboro.

It’s an older home but clean and quiet! We were in town for a race so didn’t have much time to relax but enjoyed a quick nap on the couch! The mattress in the main bedroom was amazing, very comfy!

We come to the area often for different reasons. The location is perfect if you are going to Wellsboro, PA Grand Canyon, Pine Creek etc. Our favorite local restaurant/ice cream/grocer is about a mile away.. that is Martins Pantry. We were up for the live Nativity at Three Springs Ministries which coincided with Dickens Christmas in Wellsboro. This apartment is perfectly located to attend.

The house is very new - not sure if the renovations were just completed, or if the house has not been rented much but everything inside was pretty much untouched. The overall design is usable and the bedrooms were spacious but well laid out. The kitchen and living room were great, we really liked the new applicances and the sofas were very comfortable. Huge TV in living room and the bedroom TVs were also large. Overall, we thought it was a very nice space. Only caveat is that there is no dining room/table so you have to use the large island. Limits seating to four, which was fine for the two of us and our dog.

We had a great time away from a big city. Very welcoming atmosphere. And the views were amazing. Clean house and the host was always ready to help.

We loved staying at the house! The view was amazing, and the night sky was filled with stars. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and there was plenty of light coming in. We enjoyed visiting the lake, the field with the yellow flowers, and the view. We recommend this place and would definitely come back. Charlie was fantastic with communication and accommodating our needs. We ended up staying one more night because it was so relaxing! The only thing to note is that finding the entrance can be a bit tricky the first time, so be sure to pay close attention.

The units Evolve has set up on this property are all very well put together and clean. I appreciated being able to see the lake from the front porch and walking around the property. Thank you!

We have stayed here before and it is always clean, easy to book and love the front porch! It is right next to the road so there is some road noise but other than that a very peaceful getaway and a great place to stay when we go home and visit mom❤️
