The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

Loft with futon that pulls out to a full bed. 75 inch smart tv in main living room. Loft area with bubble hockey table, Nintendo. TV with Roku in each room. Indoor hot tub attached to master bedroom & to spacious outdoor deck with propane fire pit. Stocked kitchen. There are cameras for security, on the driveway.
