The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dining area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, quartzite, and slate accentuate the countertops, vanities, and shower areas. You will also see unique pieces of furniture, accent tables and artwork throughout the house.

There is extensive outdoor decking with seating, a gas grill, fire pit, hot tub and an outdoor shower. Peaceful and quiet, yet walking distance to High Falls restaurants and shops.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

Slip out your private entrance to hike Joppenbergh. Bring or Rent a bike, ride or walk or even X-country ski the #EmpireTrail, the Rosendale trestle and Wallkill Rail-trail. View the trestle and walk 5 minutes to the trail from the house. Walk to local eateries, and cinema, or just relax by the river.

The location is steps away from the rail trail where you can bike or walk. Stone Ridge and High Falls are a half-mile away for all your shopping. Situated between the majestic Shawangunks and the Catskills; outdoor activities, farm to table restaurants, breweries and farmers markets abound.

Come enjoy the serenity of our renovated lakeside cottage! Guests can enjoy their time relaxing fireside with panoramic views, hiking or biking 22 miles of trails running through our backyard, and let's not forget splashing around in the lake. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets. Pack N Play available only when request ahead of time. Pack N Play sheets not provided.
