Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room #4 features two-story, floor-to-ceiling views to the Nehalem River. A tight, circular staircase winds up to the bedroom level, with a king size bed (and great linens) and luxurious bathroom, w/ heated floors and dual shower heads. This room has a private deck on each level, in addition to several shared outdoor areas. No pets, please.

Beach Stay - Unit #2

Unit # 2 is a rather small room (~150 sq/ft) suitable for one or two people who are looking for a comfortable place to sleep. It is 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from town center. It has a queen size bed a small builtin desk and TV. There is a sink in the room, a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot for perfect for keeping snacks and making morning coffee. The bathroom has a shower stall. It is located west of Highway 101 across the street from Dollar General.

Measuring in at at 300 square feet, our Queen rooms offer plenty of space for two, appointed generously with a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker and large flatscreen TV. And, as you turn in for the night, let your 50s-era "Sleep Mate" lull you to sleep with it's legendary white noise.

Unit 1 Family Suite at the San Dune Inn

Charming, one bedroom suite located in downtown Manzanita, just a short walk to the beach. The suite features sleeping accommodations for four guests, a separate bedroom with queen bed, living area with a queen sleeper couch, full bath and kitchen. The suite was updated in 2020 and has a fully renovated bathroom.
