3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Majas on lift ja korterisse pääseb uksekoodi abil. Ööpäevaringselt avatud tasuta JÕUSAAL, PÄIKESETERRASS, kus on mõnus hommikul kohvi nautida ja kohe korteri kõrval PESUMASINARUUM koos kuivatitega.

Welcome to The Nut House — a cozy, one-of-a-kind tiny home tucked away on charming Pähkli Street in Tartu, Estonia. Inspired by the beauty of nature and the joy of simple living, our little hideaway is the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and go just a little bit “nutty” in the best way possible. Whether you’re sipping coffee under the pine trees, curling up with a book inside, or exploring the city just minutes away, The Nut House is where small spaces lead to big memories.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

You can relax in this peaceful and stylish place. We point out that the mattress of the bed is on average stronger, which provides strong support for the whole body. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a kitchen. The connection to the city center is very good: the city center is only 10 minutes away by car. The apartment is conveniently located on the first floor.

In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

Pisike kõigi mugavustega stuudiokorter kesklinna lähedal. Värskelt renoveeritud kaasaegses korteris on kahekohaline voodi, köök kõige vajaminevaga, Go3 box üle 100 kanaliga, kiire internet, vannituba põrandakütte ja mahuka boileriga. Parkimine hoovis ja maja ees tasuta.

Small apartment in the Raadi area

The apartment is located behind the Estonian National Museum, and it's a good place to walk to an exhibition or a concert. The Upside Down House and the unforgettable Raadi Manor are also just as close. The apartment is on the fourth floor, but there is a lift.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
