Beautiful house in a residential complex. Heated pool

Safe residential complex, comfortable accommodation for 10 people, excellent for retreats in the COVID season. We have a special rate from Monday to Thursday (except holidays). Excellent location, Plaza Atrios next to the residential complex. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom, large garden with private pool with solar heater, with full bathroom outside, covered patio and charcoal grill to enjoy a roast meat. It has board games.

The place is worth it. The description is faithful to what you see when you are in the house. The owner is very friendly, flexible with schedules and every time I sent him a message, he replied as soon as possible. One issue that is not the responsibility of the owner is the issue of mosquitoes, but the house still has insecticide for this issue.

The house is very large and comfortable. Very good location. It has everything described in the ad. Communication with the host is excellent and very kind. The only recommendation we can give is about the cleanliness, there was dust and some insects scattered by the fumigation that they told us about and that we suggested they should collect before handing over the house. Thanks for the good service, we would book the stay again.

We loved everything! The place is super nice and cozy, since we arrived we felt at home. The weather was great, and the pool with the jacuzzi... wow, the best way to relax. All super clean and comfortable. In addition, it is super well located, with many places to eat nearby and the square is a few steps away. It was the perfect plan for a couple's getaway. And the hostess, super attentive and kind! Always attentive and answered all our questions very quickly. Definitely a great experience. 100% recommended and of course we would come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
