Condo holiday rentals in Ticino

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

It went very well, the accommodation was as described. Hosts are attentive to our needs. We recommend it.

We had a nice stay in the heart of the nice Navigli neighborhood. Everything was available for a comfortable accommodation. The sofa bed was also fine. Do bring earplugs to sleep well, the sound of people going out and passing trams is quite loud.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was all as described. The three of us (2 adults and one toddler) we had great space in the apartment. The balcony is a bit dangerous for young children as they can climb up and fall on one side. You should never leave children unattended on the balcony! The view is great and we were also already able to use the pool (end of April). Communication with Valentina was excellent. She always responded quickly and was very helpful! They even organized a high chair for us! The only thing we would complain about is the parking. With a slightly wider car, it is tedious to park in the steep slope within the parking fields, so that other vehicles can easily pass by and you can still get in and out. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

We enjoyed Edoardo's apartment for a long weekend. It is ideally located in the Navigli neighborhood, a very lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants. There is actually a little noise in the evening but, as a city dweller, we didn't mind it. Earplugs are available by Edoardo just in case. Paid parking (€5 per hour and €40 per day)and very "safe" parking allows you to park your vehicle near the apartment (3 minutes walk). The city center is accessible on foot or by tram which is very nice. Edoardo's apartment is very comfortable, it matches the photos well and a small elevator makes it easy to access the fourth floor with luggage. Edoardo is a very pleasant and available host. I would definitely recommend her apartment for your stay in Milan.

Very nice apartment very well furnished, great quiet location and surrounded by cozy greenery and warm like being at home if we were to return to these areas I would definitely choose a second time highly recommended!

The place is spacious with clean. the location is great just couple of minutes walk to the city center and also close to the park where we can walk our dog. Francesca is really helpful. she have all the tips and recommendations which are all useful. we highly recommend the place!!!

If you travel by car and you wish to go to Zermatt, then to Matterhorn, this is the right place. Beautiful apartment with picturesque view. Only few minutes walk to Tasch Terminal to catch a train to Zermatt (car free town). Great apartment! Wish I could’ve stayed longer than 2 nights. Looking forward to return here. Till next time

Lovely place to which every day it was great to come back, close to the town and train station. Very nice hosts, ready to help with any situation with a high level of communication. Definitely worth recommending.

The view of Lake Maggiore is beautiful. A big plus is the well-kept pool. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Great view and the pool (which we could no longer use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, which means you either have to buy something in smaller stores (if you can find a parking space) or you have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start a few hikes directly from the apartment. Restaurants are available in the village or in nearby villages as long as you can find a parking space - which unfortunately was an issue even in October (also due to construction sites)

Stayed for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed Tina‘s place. Well equipped, beautiful views from all balconies, very good communication. Would come again any time.

Marisa and Antonello are charming and caring hosts. Communication with them was very easy and above all they were very responsive when we had an issue with our rental car. Thank you again, thank you very much. The apartment deserves its 5 stars without any problem. Very clean and nothing is missing. Quiet residence and smooth street parking. The location is in a great location to visit Milan and the lake area. We'll come back if we have a chance.

A very nice small clean place with beautiful views over Lago Di Como. Easy to reach by car. We traveled as a friendly couple and had a great stay. Everything is taken care of in the accommodation and nothing is missing. The promenade and port of Menaggio is very easy to walk to explore the other places on Lake Como or unwind and have a good time. The view from the roof of the house is fantastic and Michael and Alice informed us with a guidebook or responded very quickly to our questions so we could have a nice stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing time.
