Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tibas

Was pretty good overall. The place was clean, they left soap which was great since we needed to wash some stuff, Its a really good condo to stay near San Jose

This was a lovely stay in a luxury building with amenities. The shades are completely block out the sun.

Probably the best AirBNB I’ve been in. Good gym + awesome swimming lanes (25m). Great views. More amenities than most people have at their homes. Great all around. Make sure to go on some of their trips - they are great.

This was our second stay at Alberto’s. We love the location - close to restaurants, train and groceries. The condo has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood very safe. We will stay here again if it is available when we are back.

Alan es una excelente persona que siempre estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades. El lugar muy cómodo, buena zona con vigilancia. Necesitábamos dejar nuestras maletas para salir un poco más tarde y nos dio un trato excelente para que pudiéramos realizar nuestro tour programado y recoger nuestro equipaje posterior a ello. Da un trato muy cálido a sus huéspedes y es un anfitrión de 100. Alan cuida de que la casa esté limpia, con olor agradable y cuidando de que una esté lo más confortablemente posible. We have stayed with Gil many times over the past four years, and it’s always our favorite place! The home is private, has a beautiful view, and is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. On this visit, we really noticed and appreciated all the recent improvements: A new water system with stable, strong pressure TV with 1000+ channels in the living room Surround sound in both the bedroom and living room New patio furniture A comfortable sofa in the master bedroom A new mirror in the master bathroom A professional-grade juice maker Fresh paint and repairs throughout Gil’s care and attention to the property really show. We always look forward to returning!

Recomiendo totalmente quedarse en casa de la señora Rosa, ella es muy amable y cortes, la casa está ubicada en una zona muy cómoda, segura y con acceso a varios lugares. La casa es muy acogedora, amplia, limpia y ordenada. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa.

The host was very responsive in her communications and the placed fit the descriptions and photos. Looked even better in person. The housekeepers were very friendly and accomodating to our needs, though the house had everything that we needed. Definitely would recommend this place. There is a food mart right down the road, walking distance for food and drinks. The streets were walkable and felt very safe.

One of the nicest places I have stayed in the Nucleo- nice and convenient since it is on the same floor as the bridge to the parking garage.

El apartamento es super silencioso y de una calidad de construccion 10/10. Los amenities en la terraza son como de hotel 5 estrellas Esteban es un gran host, hasta fué a medir el ruido antes de completar mi reserva para asegurar que no había ruido(soy maniatico con eso). Eso es implicarse! Muchas gracias! La casa tenia todos los utensilios, y ademas hasta en mi caso había aceite sal etc y todo eso que no quieres salir a comprar para una estadía córta. La cama es cómoda. No hace ni calor ni frio. No tengo nada negativo ni que comentar sobre qué mejorar porque la verdad realmente no encontré problema alguno ! Volveré

Mi estancia en el apartamento de Mario fue excelente. El lugar es muy cómodo, bien equipado y en una zona excelente. Mario es un anfitrión muy amable y siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, una gran opción para alojarse. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

Es un departamento espectacular, en un condominio nuevo y muy bien ubicado. Perfecto para iniciar la travesía en Costa Rica. La piscina del condominio es fuera de serie y a pesar de que fue una estancia del paso, me hubiera quedado feliz una semana. Tiene un Walmart a pasos y fue perfecto para abastecerse y comprar todo lo que olvidaste en casa. Lo mejor fue la cercanía con el terminal de buses desde donde partía nuestro autobús a La Fortuna. 😊. This place was spectacular. Everything was as described. The pool was beautiful and not overcrowded no matter what time of day. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a good meal even though there is multiple restaurants across the street so you probably won't cook much lol. Silvia was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay at one of her properties again.
