Everything went perfectly as agreed! Beatriz served us very well online and Mr. Genivaldo was very attentive and helpful in the face-to-face service! Very cozy place and well located! Very good house, kind people, but only two addendums: Since the house is closed, at first there is the smell of moisture, but we open the windows and doors and the same day the smell came out. Second, the fridge did not work, it did not cool, it did not freeze, we had to buy ice and put the meats in a thermal box, so as not to spoil.

I and my family loved the house and as the always helpful and attentive host. The house has a great location, very close to the ubajara national park.

Casa Nova, near the Igreja do Céu, has narrow garage but fell my s10, rooms ok , kitchen ok, many neighboring houses of high standard which proves to be a valued region. Jerffeson always responds quickly, I had a problem with the vehicle on the way back and he let me stay in the house until the night practically. The house is as described in the description, although it is close to the square better to have a transport for travel.

The housekeeper who received us also very cordial and request. The only thing I'd like to score is access during the winter court, which is during the time I rented. "Tall" car access is quiet, but for those of a small car, it can make it difficult to arrive. In addition, everything is very good! I highly recommend it!

Very spacious house, bedrooms with bathrooms, ideal for those traveling in a group. The space has many leisure options, games, swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor kitchen. Very quiet Arredores, ventilated atmosphere and 10 minutes from Tianguá. It was well worth it! I would recommend it.

Surprising stay. Very nice and spacious home. Very warm reception. Close to the various restaurants, children's playground, bakeries, snack bars. Simply perfect.

Paulo is a great host and a wonderful companion. He is a true adventurous traveler and understands all the necessities of other people in a trip. I stayed at two of his places with some of my family members and we all had amazing experiences. He made us feel really comfortable and we had a lot of fun together. He gave us many fruits to eat, served delicious meals and took us in an amazing beach trip. He let my little brothers use his kayak, we all played pool table with him and he took us on his buggy in a sand cruise on the dunes of the amazing beaches around his house. On the way there we had stops for coconut water, fresh fish, and crabs at his fishermen friends. Everybody around there loves Paulo and cares about him and about his guests. We can say we had the best reception and trip to Viçosa do Ceará and Camocim and will definitely go back.

Everton is flexible and attentive, a good person. Compared to other homes in the region, the price charged is excellent value for money. The place is safe, very large, with 3 swimming pools, 2 for children or pets and a larger one for adults, where you can swim and has a whirlpool. I recommend taking your things from home, such as bed linen, towels, fans, etc. (it's very cold at night, but depending on other times, a fan is good) The bathrooms are great, there are 2 electric showers. Outside, there is another bathroom on the pool deck, and the shower is very strong, good for bathing on sunny days (it was my official bathroom) The stove works well and you can cook food. The refrigerator is also very cold. Access to the house is 50 meters from the CE, look for the brick house on the corner as a reference point. The only observation I would like to make is that, if possible, Everton should put some kind of furniture, such as a simple dresser, to store clothes and put things on top.

We were made to feel very welcome. The place is quiet, great for rest and near the waterfalls sights and the accommodation was great. Mainly for the receptivity of Mr. Sales and Evandro. I will return more often for sure.

I loved the stay, super indico. I loved the location of the house, very close to the Dom bosco site. Anfritiãn very kind, responds quickly, suggested places and still left a delicious cake for us. I'm sure I'll be back

Few places made us feel like at home literally. The accommodations, the canes, kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The very good location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. We like it very much and indicate it. We already have the contact for another time it will be soon.

It is a paradise in Viçosa, a lot of contact with nature, a peace. The cleanliness was spotless, the location was perfect for being close to nature. Sávio is very helpful and thoughtful. Reality matches the pictures.
