Experience the peace and quiet of Lapland's nature and the midnight sun in a unique glass-walled experience cabin on the shore of a wilderness lake. Accommodation for 3, up to 5 beds for those sleeping in their own sleeping bags. The kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishes (glasses, mugs, plates, coffee presses, cutlery, etc.). There are showers in the adjacent beach sauna. Composting wood toilet. The sauna is wood-heated. If necessary, we will guide you in heating the sauna. Available in summer and early autumn.

Upstairs there is bedroom. Distance to Rovaniemi and Santa's village is about 50 kilometers so I recommend to rent a car. there is no public transportation

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi shore, only some steps to the water or ice. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights and cosy up by the open fire. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive with no street lights.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua puhtaan luonnon keskellä. Mökki sijaitsee pienessä kylässä keskellä Lapin erämaata. Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
