The historic "Haus zum Schiff" (house by the ship) from the 17th century, situated on the shores of Lake Constance, captivates not only with spacious living areas but also with its private seating area and direct access to the lake. In recent years, the ground floor and first-floor apartment operated as a lovingly run restaurant, cherished and well-established in the region. We are delighted to now share the joy of this historic building and its lakeside charm with guests from around the world.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Discover the famous medieval town and the beautiful region around the Rhine and Lake Constance. Simple but cozy to relax

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. The modern apartment has everything you need for a short trip - kitchenette, tea maker, dishes, modern bathroom, balcony. You are 300 m from Lake Constance. Leisure opportunities are in the immediate vicinity and in 5 minutes you are in Konstanz. P.S. Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as paddleboards are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. During the winter months, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.
