This peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for everyone. The house is located in Scorbé Clairvaux, a charming village, close to the Futuroscope park, Aquascope, Arena (22kms max 25min), at the start of beautiful hikes, close to the Parc de St Cyr, Lake Châtellerault and bike paths (the SylvainChavanel greenway). You will appreciate this house for the tranquility of the countryside and all its activities around. Ideal house for a stay with family, friends and also for professionals.

Quiet cottage, close to an equestrian center, surrounded by nature. Greenway in the forest and tree climbing course (nearby). Only 10 min from Châtellerault, 25 min from the Futuroscope, 40 min from Chinon, 50 min from Tours and 40 min from Poitiers. On the ground floor, a living room with kitchenette, toilet, bathroom. Upstairs, a large family room with a 140 cm bed and a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm) separated by a screen. Possibility to install an extra bed for an additional child.

Alliant charme de l'ancien et confort moderne, venez profiter du calme de la nature et découvrez un petit bout du patrimoine local avec les troglos au fond du jardin, que nous serons heureux de vous faire découvrir à votre arrivée ! In the summer, you can access the vegetable garden and help yourself to organically grown vegetables and fruits. Kids love it...
