Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Thunder Bay District

Very clean, homey and comfortable. Kelly has thought of all details and equipped the house with everything you need while away from home. Enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely gorgeous location and super clean home! Well stocked with basics and comfortable inside and out. Many chairs to choose from outside. Bug spray and umbrellas available. We loved sitting on the deck by the lake when the weather was nice. Incredibly peaceful! We heard loons, geese and that's about it. No traffic/train sounds - very quiet! Loved it! Beds/pillows/towels were comfy, as was the sofa. Monica left us a package of pancake mix and everything we needed to make it. So thoughtful and delicious! Couple things to mention - bring slippers the floors are cold and there are no rugs. Also, there is no tv, but there are some dvds in a cabinet for when there is inclimate weather. We were able to get online more than half the time. (T-Mobile). The bathtub is a tall soaker, but a bit harder to get into and very slippery on the bottom. There is nowhere to eat/buy groceries nearby. The closest ones we found were in Thunder Bay 45 min up the road. A very nice place!

The host was very friendly and responsive. The place was beautiful and clean. The check in and out was very easy. Plenty of parking space.

Jaime’s house is exactly as described. It’s very comfortable, in a nice area and close (walking distance) from the lake and town centre. You can also park securely either on the street or behind the house. Left for us were a few goodies including snacks and cans of drink - a nice touch. Her laundry room is superb as was the internet speed and selection of TV channels. Perhaps a few less cushions would have been good 😌.

We had absolutely everything anyone could possibly need at our fingertips and we would stay here again in a heart beat. This is my 2nd time coming to Jason's place and it was amazing again! Highly recommend coming here for the views, relaxation and gorgeous home! Me and my friends had an amazing time and definitely plan on coming again! Jason was highly responsive and accommodating. We had an issue that was not the hosts' fault and they responded immediately. Place was ultra clean as well.

Jim & Tracy's place was not only as advertised, but they went above and beyond! There were mints by the pillows when we arrived, and they even supplied a few items in the fridge for us. Who does that?!? It was such a pleasant surprise and we are so appreciative of them for it.

Truly enjoyed using this unit during our one week stay. It was very clean and comfortable with all amenities as advertised and additional unexpected treats! Nicoline is very familiar with her property and able to communicate tricks and tips to make your stay more enjoyable. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with entertainment and dining available within short driving distances. We'd be more than happy to recommend this suite to others.

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Comfortable beds(like sleeping on a cloud) amenities and extras, soda and water in fridge, even butter and milk and cereal, the tea collection, the back yard oasis, both day and night,pool, personal welcome, kitchen well stocked, bathroom extras from lotion to vanity sets. We felt very welcomed and accepted. We will stay here next time we come from the states!

Very clean and comfortable. Kate has anticipated and kept guests needs and wants in mind when she set up and decorated the house. Very handy parking right in front of the house.

Brads place was perfect for our work trip in Thunder Bay! It was extremely clean which was appreciated and really well decorated. Brad was very responsive which was also appreciated. He accommodated us by allowing us to extend our stay not once but twice. Thanks Brad!

The property is clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Very spacious and has everything you need including outdoor space. Crystal as a host is wonderful! She is always ready to respond and will help with anything you need. She is wonderfully personable and so so sweet! If you ever get a chance to book with her do it! She’s amazing & you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend booking with her 10/10!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was clean and tidy when we arrived. It looked exactly like the pictures. The location is excellent - there’s a variety of restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. The hosts are friendly and responded quickly which was great. I definitely recommend staying here!
