Beautiful two bedroom/two bath, 1285 square foot condominium, conveniently located 3/4 of a mile north of the Sunriver Village Mall on Beaver Drive and next to the SHARC facility. You will find a helpful on-site management. The Ridge at Sunriver is the perfect place for year-round fun - golf, bike and ski. Unit includes SHARC passes!

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.
