Suitable for many mountain activities, winter and summer (Nordic skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, trail running, pedal boating, paddle boarding, boating...) located in the center of the department between two lakes and close to the Gliéres plateau, Annecy (Chamonix, Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, Geneva, etc.) evenings, parties not allowed rental from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays

✦ MARKIOTE CHALET ✦ Nestled in the Aravis Mountains, our 100 m² chalet, fully renovated by the end of 2025, can accommodate up to 6 people in a setting that combines charm, tranquillity and comfort. Its three suites, each with a private bathroom, provide privacy and well-being for everyone. Carefully redesigned with a warm and cosy feel, it is perfect after a day in the mountains. Located at the heart of Haute-Savoie, it offers easy access to the Aravis Mountains, Annecy, Geneva, Yvoire, Chamonix and the Aosta Valley.

Come and relax in our fully renovated family home, between Annecy and Geneva . Enjoy hiking departures from the house . The accommodation offers a bucolic setting with its garden at the foot of the Sous Dine mountains. Parking 3 places. On the ground floor a kitchen , dining room living room with fireplace , toilet and laundry room . On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom (shower + bathtub + toilet) and a master bedroom with a dressing room. On the 2nd floor, 2 connecting bedrooms with double beds.

This peaceful accommodation in the heart of the Haute-Savoie mountains offers a relaxing or sporty stay for young and old. Close to the amenities of the village of Thorens-Glières, 3.5 km away. Also close to the Plateau des Glières (9 km), many hiking departures and a river to cool off in summer (4-minute walk). Annecy (20 km), Geneva (40 km), Aix-les-Bains (40 km), Chamonix (70 km).
