Its three suites, each with a private bathroom, provide privacy and well-being for everyone. Carefully redesigned with a warm and cosy feel, it is perfect after a day in the mountains. Located at the heart of Haute-Savoie, it offers easy access to the Aravis Mountains, Annecy, Geneva, Yvoire, Chamonix and the Aosta Valley.

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Venez vous détendre dans notre maison de famille entièrement rénovée , entre Annecy et Genève . Profiter des départs de randonnées depuis la maison . Le logement offre un cadre bucolique avec son jardin aux pieds des montagnes de Sous Dine. Parking 3 places. Au rdc une cuisine , salon salle a manger avec cheminée , wc et buanderie . Au 1er une salle de bain ( douche + baignoire + wc) et une chambre parentale avec dressing. Au 2eme étage, 2 chambres qui communiquent avec lits doubles.

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
