Suitable for many mountain activities, winter and summer (Nordic skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, trail running, pedal boating, paddle boarding, boating...) located in the center of the department between two lakes and close to the Gliéres plateau, Annecy (Chamonix, Grand Bornand, La Clusaz, Geneva, etc.) evenings, parties not allowed rental from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays

Come and relax in our fully renovated family home, between Annecy and Geneva . Enjoy hiking departures from the house . The accommodation offers a bucolic setting with its garden at the foot of the Sous Dine mountains. Parking 3 places. On the ground floor a kitchen , dining room living room with fireplace , toilet and laundry room . On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom (shower + bathtub + toilet) and a master bedroom with a dressing room. On the 2nd floor, 2 connecting bedrooms with double beds.

The large, fenced garden is perfect for your pets and will delight your children. Only 3 minutes away, in the center of Thorens, you have all the useful shops and services. Year-round activities nearby: Père Noël’s hamlet, cross-country skiing 15 minutes away, downhill skiing 50 minutes away, Andilly Medieval Festival, Vitam Parc, hiking, Lake Annecy, hiking.

Between lakes and mountains, the chalet of the Petites Liaudes welcomes you at the foot of the Glières plateau. This peaceful accommodation in the heart of the Haute-Savoie mountains offers a relaxing or sporty stay for young and old. Close to the amenities of the village of Thorens-Glières, 3.5 km away. Also close to the Plateau des Glières (9 km), many hiking departures and a river to cool off in summer (4-minute walk). Annecy (20 km), Geneva (40 km), Aix-les-Bains (40 km), Chamonix (70 km).

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Rated a 4-star tourist accommodation in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Nice independent 46 m2 flat into a house. Ideally located between lake and mountain, 200m from the beach and with a magnificent view of the mountains, the apartment overlooks a terrace and a landscaped garden in a quiet and green environment. You will be able to take full advantage of the place and of the numerous facilities put at your disposal (1 paddleboard, BBQ, ...) for sports, nature, discovery or relaxing holidays. Pleasant in all seasons.

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cosy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is as sporty as it is relaxing, just a stone's throw from amenities. Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
