Charmant studio de 42 m2 entièrement refait à neuf, pour 2 personnes, situé en plein centre ville d’Issoudun. Le logement est proche de l’église Saint-Cyr ainsi que de la Tour Blanche. Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (new external staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. We also rent a room that is on the same landing (see Room in private house on Airbnb)

A small renovated single-storey house located in the heart of Poinçonnet, close to all amenities and shops. It is located at the bottom of a long plot that is away from the noises of the city. The place is located 3 km from Châteauroux, close to the Domaniale forest, ideal for walking or cycling. 2 km away is the Margotière sports complex with the stadium and 10 km away is the La Martinerie sports shooting center.
