The kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge is very comfortable and warm with a pellet stove for winter The river vezere is only 50 mètres from your house, excellent for canoeing, wild swimming and picnicking 2 minutes by car to the stunning medieval village of Condat. 25 minutes to most of the Pre history Unesco sites.

At the tourist level, the house is 30 minutes from Brantôme and Périgueux and 50 from Limoges. 1 hour from Montignac and the caves of Lascaux, 1 hour 30 minutes from Sarlat.

You’ll love Chez Mondy the perfect place to relax and unwind, with breath-taking views. Conservatory Kitchen. 2 bedrooms, all rooms are independently accessed via the veranda. Suitable for couples, business travellers, families, (families with small children are advised to share family bedroom) Private Pool & Hot tub. The hot tub is open March to October or on request at The Pool opens early June to late September weather dependent. Varaignes has a chateau, Resraurant, boulangerie.

In the Périgord Noir, 8 km from Sarlat, Le Pomodor is a small traditional stone house set on a hillside, surrounded by unspoiled nature. You will enjoy a private, furnished terrace, as well as the generous open spaces of the garden and woodland. Since 2023, the gîte features a saltwater swimming pool (10 × 4 m). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Your vehicle can be parked near the gîte, and you will have sheltered storage for your bicycle(s) or motorbike(s). Your pet welcome with pleasure. 🐾

Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, La Maison de Marc, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

La Maison Benaise, our bicentennial farm, welcomes guests who are mainly looking for tranquility and nature (Natura 2000 site). Guests can enjoy beautiful walks in the hilly Charente landscape. Sports enthusiasts can practice mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in the river or lakes around us or simply relax with a book and a drink on the sunny terrace. For children, our four Shetland ponies are ready for a little hug.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
