J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. You have the whole place to yourself, kitchen, dining table. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, desk, internet, Wi-Fi, TV.

Small single storey house (the upper floor is not accessible) a few steps to access the front door. Ideal for a couple but comfortable camp beds can be added to accommodate 2 children. The accommodation consists of 2 rooms: - a large bedroom with office area and TV area - a large fully equipped kitchen You will also find a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. A terrace at the front and a terrace at the back will welcome you for a moment of relaxation.

Small INDEPENDENT accommodation, in the middle of nature, for a return to calm... Sleeps 2 (crib available), close to Chaumont (3 km Leclerc, 5 km city center). You can bring your sneakers to enjoy nature (forest, fields...) and relax after a day of work! Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The Charm of the Lake

House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 metres from the beach and the water sports centre (pedalo, canoe, etc.). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

For sleeping, the cottage has a walk-through bedroom on the ground floor with a large bed for 2 people and upstairs a bedroom with a large bed for 2 people and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people as well.

My place is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers or business travelers. It is located on a non busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with location. A 5-minute walk away is a grocery store open until 11 p.m. and right across the street from the bakery. You can reach the city centre in about 10 minutes.
