My husband and I recreated my old yoga studio, finding and re-using as much as possible. The long open room, with reclaimed hardwood flooring, leads you to a deck on the edge of the forest of Princess Park. A salmon creek runs to the west. Sometimes you'll have a visiting racoon, owl or bear. A block from some of the best mountain biking on the North Shore. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Beachfront Basement with Hot Tub and Steam Room

This is a well laid out basement suite that is located right on the ocean as you step out the door. We are minutes from UBC and shops on 4th Avenue. We have one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven. We have lots of closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will also have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean during summer months.

Unbelievable views of water, city and mountains! It is a great waterfront retreat, in a gorgeous location, walking distance to Granville Island, Olympic Village and Broadway. Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space is included. (Max Height 6’8’’ but nearby parking if your vehicle is higher than standard) We live in the adjacent room and upstairs, and available to help you with any questions or local tips.
