Traditional slovak and czech food. Its a brewery where you have to try - Bryndzove Halušky or Orechové šulance or their Spare ribs. Oh and dont forget to try out their homemade draught beer! One of my fav places to go when I seek traditional food. The best thing is that it is not commercial place and you wont find many tourists there - only locals :)
