Located across from Pier Park. Home to a variety of events, such as concerts and festivals. Home of the Free Summer Concert series, which occurs every Tuesday night (7pm-9pm) from the beginning of June through the start of August.

Aaron Bessant Park is an amphitheater and festival ground in Panama City Beach that includes trails and two scenic lakes. Public restrooms available. Park hours are dusk to dawn and scheduled events.
