Serious sushi restaurant - we don't recommend going over the bridge to Jersey often, but this is where our friend from Japan goes when he's here. Recommendations a must on weekends.

Year after year this sushi restaurant is voted Best Of Philly and it's in Collingswood. It's a drive away, and a little tricky bike ride away, but SO worth the time and wait. GO.
