Une cuisine boréale savoureuse, typiquement québécoise et follement créative. My favorite restaurant! It offer a Nordic menu inspired by products from our terroir to a larger public, that is adapted to the different seasons. Moreover, a menu that is healthy, simple and delicious where sous-vide cooking and food presentations in cocottes are prized.
