OK. They mix cream, sugar and fruits and flavorings, pour it on a refrigerated countertop, swish it around until it freezes, then curl it with a spatula into these spiral things that stand in a cup and are amazing. Words may be able to describe how amazing these are, but unfortunately, not these words.
