This is a gem of a State Park. Great hiking, birding, natural prairie, horse-trails, camping, rental yurts.Sits high up on the bluffs of the St. Croix.

Who knew that in 30 minutes you could be surrounded by nature, swimming in a quiet river surrounded by huge bluffs? Afton is great for hiking, swimming, camping, and quiet!
