Walk your dog along the boardwalk through Reed Creek’s lush greenery. A gazebo and benches available for a peaceful picnic. Step inside the Nature Center to see live snakes and turtles!

This is one of my favorite spots when I want nature and don’t want to be around a crowd. Reed Creek Park is a small but beautiful nature center that is usually almost completely empty. They also have several interesting classes and you can reserve a private class for up to 10 people here for less than $40. Check out their website for events and free class offerings as well (my favorite was the bats and owls night class).
