La Lonja, gorgeous medieval building opposite the Mercado Central (which you should also visit). It use to be the silk trading flour and also functioned as a trade counsil at some point. Now very interesting buidling to visit. To try the audio tour.

Valencia is only a short drive away. Suggest you visit the town centre. There are many shops museums and churches, including the Central Market and the famous church Iglesia de San Nicolas de Bari y San Pedro Martir.
