This local food store offers a typical type of noodle called "Banh Canh". Banh Canh is somehow similar to Pho, but it is made with a different kind of flour (for the noodle), and the meat is pork, not beef. Notice: if you are allergic with MSG, you should be careful when trying local noodles.
