Jay Peak Resort

Tips from locals
It's big, has plenty of challenging runs, and when nowhere has snow, Jay has plenty. Also two Olympic ice rinks and a tropical water park, where you can surf or float the lazy river.
One of the best ski areas in New England, often with great snow when more southern resorts are not so good. There's also a water park there. I've never been but it looks fun for kids.
Fun skiing, an indoor water park, golf course and an indoor ice rink are some of the options at Jay Peak.

“Beautiful Lake Willoughby is ~ 400' deep. Because of this it is always beautifully clear and tends to be cold. There is rumour of an underground river leading to Crystal Lake on the other side of the mountain. Surrounding Willoughby are many excellent hiking trails on Haystack, Pisgah and more.”

Backed by professional coaches, cooks, musicians and crew, our Smirkos perform to sell-out crowds in Circus Smirkus’ very own 750-seat European-style one-ring big top tent. 2017 Tour: Local appearances select weekends through the summer.”
