The first stop in any visit to Hobart. Historical buildings and vibrant food and drink culture line the deep docks of Hobart's waterfront. Best to wander the whole length of these wharves, stop in at shops and eateries that catch your eye, and walk to adjoining areas of Battery Point, Queens Domain, and the most famous of strips, Salamanca Place.
