The Navy Yard is the new hip place to go to eat and drink. The metro stop is just 2-3 blocks from where all of the restaurants and bars are. And, they are alone the river, so you get a nice view and a good breeze on a hot day. Just look up what businesses are in this neighborhood online or go and walk around. It is also where our baseball stadium is.
