Guests will explore the interactive museum, and encounter sea creatures such as stingrays, sharks, horseshoe crabs, fish, blue crabs, sea stars, and sea urchins in the new Discovery Room touch pools. Visitors will also find a shark tooth in the fossil dig to keep as a souviner. There are a variety of Animal Adventures at CMER. Learn about tropical birds and reptiles in our animal presentations. In the Dolphin Presentation, visitors will see Bottlenose Dolphins, Bo and Apollo, work with their trainers and interact with other guests while learning about these intelligent and graceful animals from trained IMMS staff. Open to the public on a limited basis, reservations are required.

The Institute for Marine Mammal Studies (IMMS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1984 for the purposes of public education, conservation, and research on marine mammals and sea turtles in the wild and under human care. * Swim with the Dolphins (reservations required) * Tours available.
