A visit to The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre feels like you are miles from anywhere - but yet it is just a short walk from your cottage at Staball'ard.

you will park up at the lodge (note it's paid parking) and take a walk round the various trails and paths. there are lots of artworks and sculpture around the park to view as well as the amazing views and waterfalls. there is a visitors centre at the top with cafe, shop and toilet facilities. also here is GoApe (a tree top walk and zipwire adventure course) which is best to book in advance.
