Victoria Street, which stretches from Abbotsford to Richmond, is the Vietnamese hub. It’s difficult to know where to eat with so many great smells wafting from the shops, but Thanh Ha 2 (number 120 Victoria Street Richmond) is one of our favourites. Tip: order the banh xeo tom thit (Vienamese savoury pancake).

This street is famous for bring filled with authentic and good value Vietnamese restaurants. It's known as Little Vietnam, and you can see the elaborate gateway at the entrance to Victoria street at the corner of Hoddle street. Try Banh mi under $5 or a bowl of Pho for under $10. Head to 'Superbowl' if you are VERY hungry (think noodle soup served in a bowl the size of a bathroom basin)!
