$ - 16 mi north- when they’re open, they’re authentic and delicious. They have burritos, tacos, quesadillas, tortas (sandwich), and gorditas - choose between asada (steak), pastor (pork cooked like shawarma), pollo (chicken), Barbacoa(usually beef slow cooked, often cheek meat), tripa(tripe/intestines), Lengua(tongue), and chicharones (fried pork skin)
